Liam Coyle
Director
Liam Coyle was born in Co. Tyrone, Ireland. He studied in London and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor and is a founding member of Relicpride Building Co. Ltd. Established in 1995. Liam’s strengths lay in dealing with clients and subcontractors on large luxury projects. His ability to understand exactly what the client has requested and express this to the subcontractors is invaluable to Relicpride consistently achieving a premium, high end product. He is committed to having Relicpride turn out only quality residential builds.
Phil McGee
Director
Philip McGee hails from Co. Cavan, Ireland and attended DIT whilst working in the banking sector. Phil worked as a company accountant for various construction companies before forming his own building company with Liam in 1982. They then teamed up with Eamon to set up Relicpride in 1995. The Company prides itself on having a healthy balance sheet that allows it the freedom to undertake developments and high end contracts for discerning clients.
Eamon Coyle
Director
Eamon Coyle was born in Co. Tyrone, Ireland. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Aston University and went on to manage engineering teams on the North Sea Oil Rigs for 10 years. Eamon is a founding member of Relicpride Building Co. Ltd. Established In 1995. As a director Eamon is fully committed to Relicpride’s aim to be a leader in London and the Home counties high end residential builds. As a project manager he is proactive with new building technologies and contributing architectural and engineering input.

The project comprises the full demolition of the existing dwelling and construction of a new contemporary home. The project includes intricate modern design with a minimalist theme.

The Drive is a sleek, stylish and modern 21st century house. With every detail finely honed, the house is a shining example of carefully-considered architecture and precisely-detailed construction.

RIBA - London 2022 – Totteridge Common
A striking new-build contemporary house in a London conservation area. This substantial property is designed as a long-term family home, replacing an existing dated bungalow that the clients had lived in for years.
